🧭 How We Run Things

Red River RP operates through structure — not impulse decisions. Every report, ticket, and issue follows a system so nothing gets ignored and nothing turns into unnecessary drama.

We don’t handle problems randomly. We handle them correctly.

🎟️ Support Through Tickets

If you need help, open a support ticket in Discord. This keeps conversations organized and documented.

  • Staff review the ticket
  • We ask for details if needed
  • We follow proper procedure
Tickets prevent confusion and protect both players and staff.

🐞 Bug Reports Channel

For technical issues, use the Bug Reports channel. Be specific. Include:

  • What happened
  • Where it happened
  • How to reproduce it (if possible)

The clearer the report, the faster it moves through the system.

🗂️ Staff System → Trello → Development

Staff do not directly "fix things" instantly. Once an issue is verified and properly submitted:

  • Staff document the issue internally
  • It gets added to our Trello system
  • The Developer reviews it when available
Development happens in order, based on priority and availability.
